HowToPrintFromiPhone.com is an independent online resource dedicated to helping iPhone users print photos, PDFs, documents, and emails quickly and reliably — without the jargon. Our guides cover AirPrint, manufacturer apps, and the situations where the "official" steps just don't work.

Why This Site Exists

Every day, hundreds of thousands of iPhone users search Google for help with AirPrint errors, missing "Print" buttons, "No AirPrint Printers Found" messages, and printers that simply refuse to connect. The official Apple support docs are thorough but assume everything works perfectly. Reality is different.

We started this site to fill that gap with practical, hands-on, no-fluff fixes that we actually tested ourselves — across multiple iPhone models and multiple printer brands.

Who Writes the Guides

Our guides are written and reviewed by a small team of writers and editors with hands-on experience in iOS, macOS, and printer support. The current team:

EM
Emma Mitchell
Lead Editor · iOS & AirPrint Specialist

Emma has spent the last 6 years writing iPhone and iPad tutorials for independent tech publications. She owns and regularly tests an iPhone 15 Pro, iPhone SE, and iPad mini across three printers (HP, Canon, Brother). She handles every guide through hands-on testing before publication.

DR
David Reyes
Contributing Writer · Printer Hardware

David has worked in consumer electronics retail for 8 years and has personally unboxed and configured more than 50 printer models. He contributes the printer-specific guides and our recommendations for the best AirPrint-compatible printers.

SK
Sarah Kim
Fact-Checker & Copy Editor

Sarah reviews every published guide for accuracy, clarity, and grammar. She cross-checks each step against Apple's official documentation and current printer manuals to make sure nothing drifts out of date.

Our Editorial Process

  1. Hands-on testing. Every step is verified on a real iPhone + real printer before publication.
  2. Fact-checking. Each guide is cross-referenced with Apple's support docs and the printer manufacturer's official manual.
  3. Review. A second editor reviews for clarity, accuracy, and completeness.
  4. Publication. The guide goes live with a "Last updated" date.
  5. Maintenance. We re-test guides after major iOS releases (e.g., iOS 17, 18) and update steps if Apple or printer makers change the workflow.
